HART Multiplexer Solutions

Pepperl+Fuchs' HART Multiplexer solution for Schneider Electric is based on two different platforms, the K-System using KFD2-HMM-16 (Master) and KFD0-HMS-16 (Slave) and the H-System using the HiDMux2700 (Master). 
The K-System HART Multiplexer can be flexibly mounted on DIN rail, and can ideally be combined with our non-intrinsically safe termination boards.

The HiDMux2700 HART Multiplexer can be mounted onto a variety of customized HART Termination Boards.

Schneider Electric has also most recently confirmed that the qualification tests of the Multiplexer DTM’s from Pepperl+Fuchs have been completed successfully in connection with Control Software 7.3 and embedded Field Device Expert 4.3.

• HART Multiplexer Master for K-System (KFD2-HMM-16)

16-channel HART (Master) field device input (revision 5 to 7) allows connection of up to 15 KFD0-HMS-16 slave units. Certified for installations of up to SIL3 acc. to IEC 61508.

• HART Multiplexer Slave for K-System (KFD0-HMS-16)

16-channel HART (Slave) field device input (revision 5 to 7) used in connection with HART Multiplexer Master KFD2-HMM-16. Certified for installations up to SIL3 acc. to IEC 61508.

 

• HART Multiplexer Master for H-System (HiDMux2700)

The Pepperl+Fuchs H-System HART Multiplexer Master (HiDMux2700) follows the form factor of the H-System and can ideally be combined with our HART Communication Board and Non-IS Termination Boards.

HART Termination Board (Customized for Foxboro)

Pepperl+Fuchs offers a customized HART Multiplexer termination board solution for Foxboro, using the H-System HART Multiplexer.
